Healthy Shelf was originally created by a Mom inventor, Renee
Boulet-Mazer, who simply wanted to keep her family healthy. Headquartered in
Thornton Colorado with a 80,000 sq. ft. facility in Iowa where they warehouse
and fulfill orders from around the globe, Healthy Shelf has now become a leading
manufacturer of decorative shelf dispensers.
When asked about the inspiration of Healthy Shelf, Renee
stated, “I created Healthy Shelf after potty training my son. He thought he
had a portable squirt gun, and one day I found him wiping up his mess with my
cloth hand towel. I was in shock. If you’re like me you’ll never look at
hand towel in the same way. Later that week I saw Dr. Philip Tierno on Oprah
demonstrate how germs multiply on cloth towels. I knew I needed a healthier,
safer alternative to germ infested cloth towels for my home. Unable to find
anything in the stores that was decorative, functional and affordable, I decided
to create Healthy Shelf.”

The product was featured on HGTV, (" I Want That,
International Home and Housewares Show 2005" where it was called "The
Best Innovation of the Year"); on the Travel Channel( “America’s Best
Products").
Despite Healthy Shelf’s rapid success, the company stands
behind its core values of quality, convenience and better living through better
health. Furthermore, Healthy Shelf is dedicated to serving families by donating
a percentage of profits to a variety of charities that help single moms.
